  3. Embrace Flexibility: Be prepared for unexpected changes and have a go-with-the-flow attitude. 2025 is going to be an excellent year for rediscovering last minute camping trips and more.

  2. Lean Into the Green Campers: Implement eco-friendly practices such as sites that complient your guests solar investment, water conservation, and engaging or fun recycling programs.
  3. Offer Unique Experiences: Provide activities like guided tours, workshops, and themed events to enhance guest experiences. Plan mid-week local activities for quick overnight fund and education.
  4. Leverage FREE or low cost Online Marketing: Take advantage of all the new software & technology targeted at campers that want need you to exist. Companies like Spot2Nite, RVShare, Adventure Genie, and more. Additionally, learn new ways to use online booking platforms to reach a wider audience and simplify the reservation process. (Please get rid of the “Call Us” and the “Fill Out This Form” for reservations on your website. There are too many online booking tools that are free to take that risk.)
