The Hub is a vibrant community where members engage in collaboration, communication, and innovation. While commerce isn’t allowed within the community, magic happens when members connect and collaborate. Because of this, we created portals. Portals serve as gateways to exciting initiatives—links to individuals and businesses that are pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation. These portals often emerge from collaborative efforts within The Hub. So, think of them as pathways to inspiration and groundbreaking ideas. These portals are vetted and approved by The Hub, but are ouside of The Hub and could have a fee associated with their use or purchase.
List and Explantion of Each Portal:
- Â Free Tools: Free Tools is a link to resources, products, or tools that are free for a specific segment of our community.Â
- Product Advisory: This tool contains the ability to find products or services that are recommended by one or more segments of our community. You can connect with the owner, provide feedback, and chat with others about this specific product.
- Direct Connect: This portal is for RVers specifically. By clicking on the Direct Connect Portal the RVer can be connected with a live person to find out exactly where they can get an answer to their question, concern, or issue.
- Virtual RV Tech Support: The Virtual RV Support Portal will allow you to connect with certified technicians who can walk you through 80% of the issues that most RVers face. This tool allows the technician and the RVer to connect via phone and share the view of the task or repair.
- Mobile RV Tech Support: Think Uber for RV Technicians. This portal is for our RV Technicians. It allows RV Technicians to create their profile with the things that they like to service and then connect them to RVers needing help in their area. There is a subscription model for the RVer. There are also many other benefits within this app for RV Technicians including access to different types of insurance, a customized setup for Quickbooks Online, “Ask A Friend” functions to connect you with other technicians, and more.
- Call Center Services: This portal is specifically designed for campgrounds by campgrounds owners and campers. It can be used as the park needs with affordable rates. Representatives are trained in your park as well as your PMS software. Never lose reservations again. Get your life back!
- Dealership Training & Culture: This portal is specifically designed to train dealerships and their staff on the “camper culture” as well as ways to interact with other communities within our ecosystem.
- ‘Stratetic Consulting: In this portal you will find resources on technology, park management, Industry Research, and even Feasability Studies. What you won’t find is consultants who do not know our ecosystem or who (like some RV’s) have not “moved” in years. These consultants are the innovators and on the cutting, not bleeding edge, of industry changes and the strategies needed to succeed.
- Brand Ambassadors: This portal is specifically designed for Content Creators, Influencers, and Brand Ambassadors. Create your profile and share your goals so that you can connect with the right companies and campgrounds in our ecosystem.
- Warranty Improvement Through Gamification: This portal provides incentives for both industry and RVers that will improve warranty costs, needs for services, and ultimately time to repairs.
- Remote Park Maintenance Support: This portal connects you with seasoned park maintenance professionals who can help you and your staff effectively manage and improve your processes. It can also provide support for vacations, illnesses, transitions, and certification gaps.
- Event & Calendar Planning: This portal allows for event planners to go in and see or review similar events in various stages in or around their georgraphic area or dates. This makes choosing dates more effective. It also allows for collaboration where there is commonality or redirection when there is conflicts or competition. Once events become Published, they can permissively be shown on a Public calendar and reviewed by potential participants with many filters and choices.
- Job Portal: This portal allows companies to list job openings and applicants to connect. The main focus of this portal is connect campgrounds with potential transient workers that have been pre-trained on the duties of the role needed.
- Retail For Campgrounds: This portal connects you with individuals and educational content on how to establish or improve your retail offerings.
- BI Portal: This portal will be the crown of our community. It will provide a reporting tool that will allow business intelligence and anaylis of our entire ecosystem in real time.
